Tracey Matthews

Tracey Matthews is a specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist. She treats urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, pelvic pain, vaginismus, bladder pain syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse and diastasis recti.

She carries out functional pelvic floor assessments and provides pelvic floor rehabilitation. Her work includes ante-natal and post-natal care, labour preparation, recovery following gynaecological surgery, and a specialist service for pessary fittings.

Tracey also works with women returning to an active lifestyle and sport after childbirth. She has a particular interest in linking sporting injuries with historic childbirth or pregnancy injuries.
