Mrs Zena Hewett

Mrs Zena Hewett is an osteopath at Heathervale Practice in Lyndhurst. She sees patients for osteopathy, including back pain, neck pain, sciatica and shoulder pain, and the practice also lists care for pregnant women, infants and children.

Her training includes Classical Osteopathy and Western Medical Acupuncture. She is also a qualified Infant Feeding Coach and works with new parents who need guidance with feeding challenges.

Zena has over 20 years of experience in osteopathy. She completed a five-year honours degree through the College of Osteopaths in London and Middlesex University, with distinctions in her clinical exams.
