The practitioners at YO1Wellness provide physiotherapy, sports therapy and massage services for people with injuries, sports injuries, posture-related problems and ongoing musculoskeletal concerns. Care can include an initial consultation, assessment of the problem, hands-on treatment, exercise and rehabilitation programmes, and follow-up appointments.

The service includes physiotherapy, sports therapy, sports massage and deep tissue massage, posture assessments and shockwave therapy. Sports therapy sessions are aimed at athletic performance, injury prevention and post-exercise recovery, while sports massage may be used as part of a wider regime for muscle tightness or tension.

YO1Wellness also offers injury assessments and can provide referral options and access to private scans such as MRI where appropriate. Physiotherapy may be available using insurance or a health plan, subject to the requirements of your provider.

Care is provided at the clinic in York, with video consultations also available. The clinic is within Emperors Health Club. The access information provided by the practice includes a small free car park off Cromwell Road, bike racks and a request to report to reception at Emperors Health Club before entering the clinic.

For workplaces, YO1Wellness offers workplace wellness services including postural assessments and treatment plans, wellbeing plans, immediate injury treatment and management, massage, DSE assessments, events, talks and seminars, and gift or reward packages.
