Lydia Perry

Lydia Perry is a sports therapist who works with sports injuries and has experience supporting professional and semi-professional athletes across age groups, from under-11s to seniors. Her clinical interest is treating injuries in people involved in sport, informed by her own background in county sport and cricket.

Lydia holds a BSc in Sports Therapy from Birmingham City University and completed a placement year with a professional cricket team during her studies. She is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and has an interest in keeping up to date with new treatment methods.
