Body Unity

Osteopathy is a core service at Body Unity, covering musculoskeletal issues such as neck pain, back pain, headaches and migraines, shoulder pain, rib pain, facial and jaw pain, disc pain, joint pain, SI joint pain, sciatica, knee pain and foot pain. The repair services also include a Body Unity M.O.T. health check, online consultation, tendinopathy pathway, shockwave therapy, medical acupuncture dry needling and manual lymphatic drainage.

Sports and work-related care covers sports and exercise injuries, general work-related problems, tennis elbow and golfer's elbow, wrist pain and hand pain. The rebuild side includes movement rehabilitation, core conditioning, one-to-one personal training, gym memberships, a runner's workshop and Breathwork: Oxygen Advantage. The centre also has an on-site gym used for one-to-one personal training, rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Massage services include advanced clinical massage, sports massage therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, warm bamboo massage, aromatherapy massage, holistic massage, Breuss spinal massage, Indian head massage, buccal massage and Thai foot massage. Pregnancy massage and postnatal massage are also listed.

Body Unity also offers nutritionist appointments, psychotherapy services and counselling. Its women's health and long-term condition areas include women's health wellbeing, perinatal pain and hypermobility EDS.
