Mr Zain Jawaid

Zain Jawaid works with musculoskeletal injuries, including difficult and complex injuries, with a focus on personalised, evidence-based injury recovery. His approach is patient-centred and collaborative, involving practitioners, patients and other health providers where relevant.

He is the owner and founder of Relieve Clinic and graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2016. He has a sports background in cycling, football and combat sports, and his own experience of injury influenced his interest in osteopathy.

At Relieve Clinic, Zain also describes the use of Hill DT spinal decompression, also referred to as IDD Therapy, for patients with back pain or sciatica who may have already tried painkillers, manual therapy or steroid injections.
