The Physio Therapy Centre

The Physio Therapy Centre is for people with muscle, joint, tendon or pain problems. It treats musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and low back pain. It also supports pre and post-operative rehabilitation.

The practice provides hands-on physiotherapy, movement analysis and exercise programmes. Services include sports massage, sports therapy, Pilates, online exercise classes, chiropody and podiatry. The clinic also offers the Epley manoeuvre and TMJ treatment.

The practice sees athletes wanting to return to sport and people recovering around surgery. Care includes children's and adolescent musculoskeletal issues. Home visit physiotherapy is available for rehab or physio at home.

The clinical team includes physiotherapists, podiatrists and sports massage therapists. Physiotherapists also offer telephone consultations about whether physiotherapy may be suitable. Emergency appointments are available daily. The Haywards Heath clinic has onsite parking.
