Charmain Leek, RHAD, MPPM, provides audiology and hearing care through Clear Hear Limited in Worcester. Her work covers hearing tests and assessments, ear wax removal, hearing aid supply and fitting, tinnitus advice, swim moulds, noise protection and support for people whose hearing has changed.

Clear Hear supplies and fits hearing aids, with aftercare for the life of the hearing aids it has supplied. The practice also provides hearing aid repair and servicing, hearing aid batteries and hearing aid trials. The hearing aids offered include types worn behind the ear, in the ear and in the ear canal.

Charmain has over 30 years' experience in hearing care. She originally trained as a Clinical Audiologist within the NHS, working in Worcester, Cheltenham and Bristol, and later trained as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. Her background includes hearing care, safe ear wax removal, digital hearing aid development, and the supply, fitting and aftercare of digital hearing aids.

Clear Hear also provides employee hearing tests, industrial audiometry and noise protection. Charmain is qualified to assist with noise-induced hearing loss and industrial deafness claims, and can prepare court hearing aid assessment reports covering the cost of hearing aid provision from the onset of noise-induced hearing loss to the usual age range for age-related hearing loss.

Diagnostic audiometry and otoscopic examinations can be carried out in the Worcester clinic or at a client's home where this is preferred for a solicitor or claimant. The practice also states that evening and weekend appointments and home visits are available.
