Centre Of Gravity treats pain, injury and movement problems through physiotherapy at its chartered physiotherapy clinic in Farnborough. Care can include hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation and education, tailored to the person's presentation and goals.

Services include physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, acupuncture, post-operative physiotherapy and workstation or DSE assessment. Sports physiotherapy is aimed at sport-related injuries and training load management.
