Paeon Injury and Fitness provides injury assessment, massage, rehabilitation, gait analysis and orthotics in Walsall. They work with pain, training setbacks, post-operative recovery, running issues and event preparation.

Injury consultation includes assessment, diagnosis and a recovery plan. Follow up appointments review progress and adjust the plan. Mini appointments are for existing patients needing a quick reassessment. The MEGA MOT is a head to toe assessment and treatment.

Massage services include Sports massage, Deep tissue massage and Recovery massage. They are used for tension, chronic tightness, post-event recovery and post-training recovery. Rehabilitation services include Rehabilitation programme and Post-Operative Rehabilitation. Support can include strength work, running progressions, plyometrics and sport-specific movement exposure.

Running services include Footscan GAIT Analysis and Phits 3D printed Orthotics. Running care also covers running assessment, marathon preparation and performance profiling. Foot data is used for custom Phits orthotics. Movement analysis may look at inefficiencies, load, biomechanics and injury risk.

Clinical examples include lower back pain, shoulder impingement, sciatica, runner's knee and Achilles tendinopathy. They also include plantar fasciitis, heel and arch pain, and ACL rehabilitation. Assessment may include movement analysis, pain testing, gait review and return-to-sport readiness checks. Treatment plans may include soft tissue work, mobility exercises, loading plans and self-management advice.
