About Online Bookings

Online Bookings provides counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health conditions, with remote therapy available and a listed location in Shifnal. Individual counselling and psychotherapy are offered for anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, ADHD and ADD, PTSD and traumatic stress, men’s issues, women’s issues, medical and health stressors, pregnancy and childbirth, divorce and separation, anger management, fears and panic attacks, stress management, family relationships and disordered eating.

Therapy options include person-centred psychotherapy and DBT-informed therapy. Person-centred psychotherapy focuses on understanding the client as an individual and from their own perception of the world. DBT-informed therapy can include work on mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance.

Care can take place face to face, by phone or online using video software. Remote therapy is available for people who cannot attend a clinic. Sessions are by appointment, with weekday availability and reduced hours at weekends.

Private clients can self-refer and do not need a GP referral. People using private medical insurance may need to speak to a GP, and sometimes a consultant psychiatrist, to activate treatment authorisation. Nikki is registered with Vitality Health and can apply for recognition with other providers.

Confidentiality applies to therapy sessions, with exceptions where there is a risk of harm to the client or others. Monthly clinical supervision is carried out with a third party, without identifying information being shared.
