Your physiotherapist will take a full history and assess your movement. They will look for the root cause and start treatment where appropriate. You will leave with a plan and next steps.

Do you treat people who are not athletes?

Yes. We work with competitive and recreational athletes, but most clients are active adults. You do not need to be an athlete to book.

Do you offer ultrasound-guided injections?

Yes, ultrasound-guided joint injections are offered in-house when appropriate. Injection appointments are triaged and reviewed first to check suitability.

Can I use private medical insurance?

Yes, we can invoice some insurers directly. Other insurers require self-pay at the appointment. We provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement claims.

About Elite Physiotherapy

Elite Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal assessment for sports injuries, movement problems and active adults. Its appointments include initial assessment, review appointments, sports and MSK clinical consultation, club assessments and follow-up appointments, with ACL assessment also available.

The practice offers physiotherapy, a rehab gym and Pilates studio at its clinics in Cookstown and Maghera. Cookstown also provides diagnostic MSK ultrasound, a joint injection clinic, a recovery suite and a VALD Performance Testing Suite.
