She graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy from The College of Osteopaths and previously worked as a sport and remedial massage therapist. Her training includes high velocity, low amplitude thrust techniques, cranial osteopathy, harmonics, and the Perrin Technique.

The practice is based in Nottingham, with appointments available through Keyworth Osteopathy and Keyworth Osteopathy Massage. The clinic opened in September 2020 and provides care in a relaxed clinic setting.
