Face to face physiotherapy appointments are for musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and physical conditions. Lundin Physio Clinic provides physiotherapy in Glenrothes for aches, pains, injury rehabilitation and physical conditions affecting movement and function.

Treatment options named by the clinic include deep tissue massage, exercise and functional rehab, ultrasound, joint mobilisation, medical acupuncture or dry needling, kinesiology taping, percussion therapy, electrotherapy, spinal manipulation and strength and conditioning. The clinic also has a rehab fitness suite for post-treatment gym work.

Exercise rehabilitation is used after injury to work on muscle strength, endurance, power and flexibility. Joint mobilisation and spinal manipulation are used for joint movement and pain-related presentations. Medical acupuncture or dry needling is offered for muscular pain, including lower back pain, neck pain and knee pain. Kinesiology taping is used with sports injuries and other conditions.

Home visits are offered for patients who are unable to travel to the clinic. The service can take place at home or in a residential care home, with physiotherapy treatment, regular review and advice on self-management between appointments. The practice names reduced mobility, neurological rehabilitation for Parkinson's or stroke, post-operation restrictions, and confidence building after a fall or imbalance as common reasons for home visits.

The first home visit includes an initial assessment by physiotherapist Dale Henderson and a treatment plan. Face to face appointments are available for adults and under 18s. Online physiotherapy appointments have also been offered for musculoskeletal conditions, with assessment, advice and an exercise programme.

The clinic was founded in 1987 by physiotherapist Margaret 'Rita' Lockhart, who had worked with the NHS for 21 years and had an interest in sports related injuries.
