About Mrs Jo Sheppard

Jo Sheppard provides professional supervision and mentoring for osteopaths and other therapists, with sessions used to reflect on clinical practice, communication, patient partnership, professional boundaries, safety, quality and practitioner wellbeing.

Her approach integrates compassionate enquiry, psychology, group dynamics and communication skills, and she draws on the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision. She has a particular interest in the physical effects of stress and trauma, and in supporting practitioners with complex cases.

She brings over 19 years' experience in osteopathic clinical practice, teaching and personal tutoring. Her supervision can contribute towards CPD and is also offered to chiropractors, physiotherapists, manual therapists and practitioners in psycho-spiritual practices.
