Anthony Guiducci treats headaches, tendinopathies, back pain, frozen shoulder, hip and knee osteoarthritis, nerve irritations and plantar fasciitis. His physiotherapy approach combines hands-on techniques, including myofascial release and dry needling, with shockwave therapy and tailored exercise programmes.

Anthony is a senior physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience. He works in a collaborative, patient-centred way, with an emphasis on helping people feel heard and supported during rehabilitation. His regular yoga practice also informs his interest in body awareness, movement quality and mindful movement.
