At The Hip Specialist, John provides specialist hip and groin rehabilitation for people with everyday hip pain, active adults and sports participants. His work focuses on complex and persistent hip and groin conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, ongoing pain and long-standing movement dysfunction that has not resolved with standard care.

Bookable care includes a New Patient Specialist Hip & Groin Consultation, Follow-up Specialist Hip & Groin Appointment and Hip Performance & Gait Analysis. Online versions of these appointments are also available. The approach includes detailed history taking, movement testing, explanation of findings and a structured rehabilitation plan, with written plans and video resources where appropriate.

Appointments are available in person in London at Canary Wharf, in the Midlands at Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and online by video consultation. London specialist appointments are by referral only. The Midlands clinic provides face-to-face assessment and rehabilitation from a registered clinic setting.

John's background includes sports therapy, physiotherapy and physical medicine and rehabilitation, with experience across military medicine, NHS services, private practice and clinical education.
