Physiotherapy Initial Consultation (MSK) is for musculoskeletal pain, injury assessment and a treatment plan. AgGresSo Physiotherapy and Rehab Clinic treats back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle and foot pain in West Bromwich.

Care is led by Yvonne, an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, Independent Prescriber and qualified injection therapist. Her qualifications cover musculoskeletal medicine, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, injection therapy and independent prescribing. The clinic states HCPC registration, CSP membership and AACP membership.

Treatment options include manual therapy, exercise therapy, rehabilitation and ergonomic advice. The clinic also provides acupuncture, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, flexibility and strength programmes, postural advice, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Hyaluronic acid joint injections are offered for joint pain linked to conditions such as osteoarthritis.

Sports injury rehabilitation covers acute, recurring and overuse injuries affecting muscles, joints and tendons. Named areas include hamstring and quadriceps injuries, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, shoulder impingement, tendinopathies and anterior knee pain. Massage options include sports massage, Indian head massage, hot stone massage and massage gun treatment.

Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation is available for people living with heart or respiratory conditions. It can include breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, endurance training, strength and conditioning, mobility work, flexibility exercises, and self-management advice.

Appointments are available in person and through an online physiotherapy clinic for people unable to attend. Early morning, evening and weekend appointments are also available. A GP referral is not required for private physiotherapy assessment.
