Miss Olivia Boulton

Miss Olivia Boulton helps people with musculoskeletal injuries, pain management and rehabilitation after injury. She uses structured, individualised rehabilitation programmes for patients of different ages and activity levels, including people returning to sport, active hobbies or day-to-day movement.

Olivia is a Sports Therapist and graduated from the University of Chichester in 2021 with a degree in Sports Therapy. Her football background includes assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, with experience across men's and women's teams from U8 academy level to adults. She currently works within the academy at Tottenham Hotspur FC alongside her role at AJ Physio.

She is available for appointments at AJ Physio's HQ in Wheathampstead, for home visits and for virtual consultations.
