Align Events and Education

Align Osteopathy provides osteopathy for back pain alongside care for babies, children, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health and infant feeding. The practice is in Southampton and describes itself as a small community-focused clinic for women and their families.

The support covers breastfeeding preparation, colostrum harvesting, positioning and attachment, combination feeding and bottle use. Antenatal infant feeding sessions can be delivered at home or by video call, while postnatal feeding support can be provided in clinic or at home.
