Aligned With Alice is for people seeking soft tissue therapy in south Manchester. It provides sports therapy, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, myofascial dry cupping and cancer-adapted massage.

Sports therapy is offered for pain, injuries, posture and limited range of motion. Treatment starts with a postural assessment, with techniques that may include trigger point therapy and myofascial release.

Sports massage is available for muscle tension, muscle recovery and chronic pain. Manual lymphatic drainage is offered to stimulate the lymphatic system, including for bloating and after injury or surgery.

Pregnancy massage is offered for people whose bodies are adapting during pregnancy. Myofascial dry cupping is available for tightness, pain, posture issues and mobility. Cancer-adapted massage is offered for people going through cancer treatment, after treatment and in remission.

Alice is a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Therapist. She has additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and cancer-adapted massage techniques. Appointments take place in Reddish, Stockport.
