Lauren Ashby

Lauren helps with sports and musculoskeletal injuries, using assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to support people with different needs and goals. She also offers sports massage and can demonstrate rehabilitative exercises, supported by her Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications.

She is a Sports Therapist with experience in clinical and sporting settings, including semi-professional football, and has a BSc in Sports Therapy. Lauren is accredited to, and a member of, The Society of Sports Therapists.
