The Mummy MOT is a postnatal assessment for women after vaginal birth or caesarean birth. Amy Turner Women's Health Physiotherapist provides home visit women's health physiotherapy in Warwickshire, focused on Mummy MOT, post-partum rehabilitation and C-section scar therapy.

Amy assesses bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse, postnatal recovery needs and C-section rehabilitation. A Mummy MOT can include a history of current symptoms and birth history, plus assessment of posture, breathing, tummy function and pelvic floor muscles where appropriate and with consent. The appointment may also include treatment advice, exercise and a report of findings.

Scar therapy assessment and treatment is offered for C-section scarring. Follow-up scar therapy and a course of four C-section scar therapy appointments are available after an initial scar therapy appointment or Mummy MOT.
