About Amy Shephard
Amy Shephard provides sports therapy, with additional qualifications in myofascial dry cupping, manual lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage. She has worked with sports teams during and after her training, including the University of Worcester Netball 1st team, Dings Crusaders RFC and Clevedon RFC.
She graduated from the University of Worcester with a 1st Class BSc Sports Therapy (Hons) in 2018 and is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. She also works as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England.
