About Miss Palak Shah

Miss Palak Shah works with older adults and people whose balance is limiting their day-to-day life. Her focus is elderly care and balance rehabilitation, including careful assessment of balance and strength, looking at what may be causing instability, and using graded, specific work that can be done safely at home.

She also works with post-surgical and post-injury recovery, and with long-term conditions including Parkinson’s disease, stroke and multiple sclerosis. Her further training includes acupuncture and dry needling, plus spinal manipulation and mobilisation. Palak has an MSc in Sports Rehabilitation from Middlesex University, is MCSP and HCPC-registered, and speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati.
