Back to Fitness Osteotherapy has two London sites, with in-person care in Islington and mobile osteopathy around Mill Hill. It provides osteopathic assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal concerns, including pain management, sports injuries, posture issues and movement-related problems.

The Initial Consultation includes a health history, discussion of symptoms and a physical examination to identify dysfunctions and plan treatment. Follow Up Treatment is used to review progress and adjust the treatment plan. Continued Care is offered as a Body MOT service, with regular assessment of the body's needs.

Specific clinical services include musculoskeletal care, pain management solutions, sports injury treatment, posture correction, dry needling acupuncture, paediatric osteopathy for children and care for older adults. Dry needling acupuncture involves thin needles placed into muscle trigger points and areas of tension, and is used as a complementary therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.

Care is provided in person in Islington. Osteopathy Home Visit appointments are offered through the mobile service within five miles of Mill Hill NW7.
