Balance 360 Ltd is for people with musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, ongoing aches and tension, tendon problems and foot, ankle or lower-limb concerns. Based at Balance 360 in Andover, the practice provides in-person assessment and treatment through osteopathy and manual therapy, sports therapy and rehabilitation, massage, medical acupuncture, shockwave therapy, musculoskeletal podiatry and complementary therapies.

Osteopathy and manual therapy involve moving, stretching and manipulating muscles and joints. Sports therapy and rehabilitation is offered for injury rehabilitation and performance-focused care. Shockwave therapy is available for sports injuries and long-term tendon problems, including heel pain, plantar fasciitis and Achilles pain. Medical acupuncture is offered for chronic pain, inflammation and migraines.

Massage services include bespoke massage, remedial and soft tissue massage, sports and deep tissue massage, Indian head massage and Head & Sole Rebalance. The practice also offers reflexology, private yoga, taping and re-taping, Blooming Reset integrative facial and cranial therapy, restorative scar therapy, and TMJ Relief Therapy for TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, headaches, migraines and sinus pressure.
