Before your appointment, Bay Tree Chiropractic emails you a form about your health history, lifestyle and goals. During the initial assessment, your practitioner reviews your medical history, carries out checks such as blood pressure, neurological and orthopaedic tests, then discusses the findings and a plan of care.
Treatment can usually start towards the end of the initial assessment if it is appropriate and time permits. The practitioner will discuss this with you during the appointment.
