Its running services include gait analysis, online gait analysis, athlete performance profiling and run coaching. Online running gait analysis is a remote running technique assessment using video footage. It looks at movement patterns such as stride mechanics, foot strike, cadence and alignment.

The online gait analysis process includes a short questionnaire, two running videos from specified angles, review of running technique, and feedback. Feedback may include running technique cues, targeted running drills, and exercises to work on movement control and efficiency.

The service is aimed at runners of different levels, including those with recurring injuries, those training for 10k, half-marathon or marathon events, those returning to running after injury, and those who want a remote assessment of their running technique.
