Body Logic Chiropractic

Chiropractic care at Body Logic Chiropractic is for people seeking assessment and care for pain, symptoms and general health and wellbeing. The practice is based on the outskirts of Carlisle, near junction 43 of the M6.

At a first consultation, the chiropractor takes a full medical history. This includes the current condition, past and current illnesses, medication, previous accidents and surgeries. The assessment includes health checks and a physical examination, with range of motion, neurological and orthopaedic assessments. Treatment is not given at the initial consultation.

After the first consultation, a results session is used to discuss the findings and a proposed care plan. If care goes ahead, the first adjustment takes place at this visit. Follow-up care is reviewed regularly, with re-evaluation of the care plan or referral to another healthcare practitioner, such as a GP, where appropriate.

Services named by the practice include chiropractic and low level laser. The practice also provides chiropractic care in pregnancy and after birth, with adjustment techniques adapted for comfort.

Care is provided at the clinic. The treatment room is on the ground floor, and private parking is available immediately outside.

Chiropractic is regulated by the General Chiropractic Council. Chiropractors must be registered with the GCC to practise.
