Bodysmiths treats musculoskeletal pain, posture and movement problems, injuries, headaches, sports injuries, women’s health concerns and children’s health. It provides care in Orpington, with locations at Green Street Green and LEO Gym.

Services include physiotherapy, osteopathy, remedial massage, medical acupuncture, dry needling, biomechanical assessment, women’s health, pre and postnatal assessments and workshops. Osteopathy is used for pain, posture, movement and musculoskeletal conditions. Physiotherapy focuses on exercise-based rehabilitation for injuries, post-surgery recovery and chronic conditions.

Remedial massage is available for muscle tension, sports recovery and stress. Medical acupuncture and dry needling are offered for pain relief, muscle recovery and targeted treatment.
