Bourne Chiropractic & Rehabilitation provides chiropractic care for neuromusculoskeletal conditions of the spine and limbs, including chronic pain and acute problems. The clinic works with all ages, from babies to older adults, and offers children’s chiropractic appointments for ages 0 to 15.

Chiropractic treatment at the clinic can include spinal manipulation, dry needling or acupuncture, deep tissue massage, taping, dynamic neuromuscular re-education, muscle stretching techniques, fascial release, ultrasound therapy, interferential therapy, functional assessment, bespoke exercise rehabilitation and nutritional advice.

The wider care offered includes sports massage, soft tissue therapy, scarwork therapy massage, chiropractic nutrition consultation and podiatry. Sports massage and soft tissue therapy cover muscles, tendons and ligaments, including soft tissue problems linked with poor posture, repetitive activity, strenuous activity or trauma.

At a first visit, the clinic takes a full case history covering the current problem, other health issues, medication, previous surgery and past accidents. The examination may include chiropractic tests, neurological testing and orthopaedic testing. Some patients may be referred elsewhere, such as to a GP or orthopaedic surgeon, and the clinic may arrange imaging such as X-rays, MRI or CT scans before treatment where needed.

Care is provided in Farnham, with daytime, evening and Saturday appointments available. The clinic has disabled ground floor access to treatment rooms and a toilet, and parking is available at the clinic.
