Breakspear Osteopathy and Pilates

Breakspear Osteopathy and Pilates is for patients seeking private osteopathy for musculoskeletal pain and movement problems in Great Missenden. Andy Breakspear sees back and neck problems, shoulder problems, sports injuries, disc problems and sciatica, knee and hip pain, headaches, posture concerns and weak core.

Care at the clinic centres on osteopathic assessment and hands-on treatment, with Pilates rehabilitation and prescribed exercise used alongside osteopathy. The practice also offers Pilates and core strength work, massage therapy, deep tissue massage, exercise therapy, the Perrin Technique™ and the Adjuvo™ mobility and massage tool.

Andy is Principal Osteopath & Pilates Rehabilitation Specialist. He has a BSc (Hons) Ost and BEng (Hons), and graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, now University College of Osteopathy, in London in 2001. His practice combines osteopathic treatment with simple exercises prescribed for rehabilitation and ongoing self-management.

Andy is a Certified Perrin Technique™ Practitioner, with a special focus in osteopathy for people with ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. The clinic offers the Perrin Technique™ for symptoms of CFS/ME, Long Covid, post viral fatigue and fibromyalgia.

The premises are wheelchair accessible and have an en suite restroom and private off-street parking. The clinic offers daytime and late evening appointments. Family members and carers may sit in on appointments, and patients can keep light layers of clothing on during treatment. The clinic is canine friendly.
