Bristol Massage and Reflexology

Massage therapy is provided for muscle tension, aches and stress-related tightness. Bristol Massage and Reflexology offers tailored massage and reflexology with Julie in Clifton, Bristol.

Sessions are agreed before treatment. Massage may focus on the neck, shoulders and back, tight or overworked muscles, postural strain, sports-related aches, scalp, jaw and facial tension, or TMJ disorder. Julie also works with clients seeking relaxation, sleep support, digestive support, sinus pressure work, menopause symptom support, and help with tension linked to anxiety or low mood.

The practice also works with clients who have arthritis, poor circulation, fibromyalgia, EDS, hypermobility, ME, chronic fatigue and scoliosis. Remedial and rehabilitation-focused massage is offered, including after injury or an operation.

Reflexology is available, with the first appointment including foot analysis. Treatment includes a pre-treatment chat or consultation, with aftercare where appropriate.

Julie trained with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and Massage Training Institute. She has a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, and Level 3 Reflexology with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology from the International Institute of Reflexology. She is registered with the Massage Training Institute and Federation of Holistic Therapists, and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Appointments take place in person from a treatment room. The room is on the second floor, reached by stairs, with a waiting room upstairs.
