Bristol Massage Clinic

Bristol Massage Clinic works from two sites in Bristol, including Water Lilies Hub.

It provides TMJ, sports, remedial and clinical massage. It treats jaw pain, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Treatment is also offered for recent injury, long-standing tension and postural imbalance. TMJ work covers lock jaw, jaw clenching, teeth grinding, facial pain and head pain. TMJ-related symptoms may include migraines and undiagnosed tooth pain.

Named treatments include pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, restorative massage and aromatherapy massage. Pregnancy massage can be used for relaxation or combined with aromatherapy. Hot stone massage uses warmth while targeting muscle tension.

An initial appointment includes consultation, any appropriate tests, hands-on treatment and exercises for home. Follow-up appointments also include self care exercises. The clinic also provides corporate, event and onsite massage.

TMJ treatment is available with Ali, Ella or Minia. Minia has over 10 years' experience working with TMD. She teaches, writes on TMD, contributes to dental publications and runs advanced training for massage therapists. Ali and Ella work closely with her on TMJ treatment.
