Sonja Jones

Sonja Jones helps patients with tinnitus, hearing loss and hearing aid care, with stated areas of clinical interest including relaxation therapy for tinnitus, real ear measurements and working clinically with musicians as an audiologist. She is joint author of Tinnitus UK’s Tinnitus Week 2026 report, which focuses on live music and tinnitus.

Sonja is Cardiff Hearing’s Lead Audiologist and Owner. She qualified as an audiologist at The University of Manchester in 2010, and has worked as a senior paediatric and adult audiologist in the NHS. She has also trained and mentored audiologists across public and private sector settings.
