About Lauren Blake

Lauren Blake has a particular interest in treating running-related injuries, with dissertation work focused on treatment approaches for plantar fasciitis. Her osteopathy work is informed by a strong sporting background, including running, swimming, surf lifesaving and triathlon training.

Lauren graduated from Swansea University’s four-year Osteopathy degree in 2019. Since qualifying, she has completed additional training in radiography and further training in pregnancy massage. Her approach is patient-centred, with a focus on supporting movement, wellbeing and confidence.
