Miss Teagan Worrall

Teagan Worrall provides sports therapy, shockwave therapy and Level 4 sports massage, combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation. Her work focuses on reducing pain, supporting recovery, injury management, wellbeing and performance, with sessions suited to people looking for massage as well as athletes working towards a return to sport.

She completed her Sports Therapy degree at Bournemouth University and also holds qualifications in Shockwave Therapy and Level 2 Gym Instruction. Her experience includes work with sports clubs and in healthcare settings, and she takes a positive, supportive approach shaped around each client’s goals.
