Miss Abbey Webster

Miss Abbey Webster is a chartered physiotherapist with a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation, including manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, taping and individually tailored home exercise programmes.

Abbey works with people across all ages and activity levels, including those aiming to return to daily life, work or sport. She values a non-pharmacological approach to physiotherapy, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring movement and improving long-term function and quality of life.

She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Suffolk and is registered with the HCPC and CSP. Her background as a competitive swimmer gives her first-hand understanding of the physical demands of training and competition.
