Christopher Eames Counselling

Christopher Eames Counselling supports people facing a sudden crisis or struggling with change. Counselling may suit people whose usual coping methods no longer feel workable. It may also suit those with a sense that something in life needs attention.

Chris qualified as an integrative therapist. He uses different techniques and adapts the work to what you both feel would fit. His approach starts with accepting who you are and the situation you are in.

He has further training in counselling children and young people. He says this allows him to work with people of any age. He currently works with teenagers and adults. His counselling is affirmative of gender and sexual identities.

Sessions are offered in person and online. Online counselling uses a secure video call in a normal web browser. No app download is required. A private space is needed for online counselling.

Face to face counselling is available in Tavistock, with a wheelchair accessible room.
