About Cinnamon Healthcare

Private GP appointments at Cinnamon Healthcare are for acute medical concerns, routine family GP care and follow-up of ongoing conditions. The service covers symptoms such as pain, fever, vomiting, headache, cough and lethargy, as well as long-term conditions including heart disease, asthma, hypertension, diabetes and obesity.

The GPs provide women’s health care including fertility and pre-pregnancy care, contraception, hormone replacement treatment for menopause symptoms, menstrual disorders, and general medical care during pregnancy and after birth. Men’s health care includes Men’s Health Assessments, prostate screening, urinary problems, erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular health and lifestyle advice.

Children, babies and adolescents can be seen for physical and mental health concerns. The childhood illnesses named by the practice include fever, rashes, respiratory infections, constipation and cow’s milk protein intolerance. Cinnamon Healthcare says it prioritises urgent appointments and home visits for common childhood illnesses, and can provide a prescription if medically indicated.

Mental health support is provided by GPs for common issues such as anxiety, depression and stress. Care may include support from the GP, referral for counselling or specialist input, and medication where appropriate. The service also includes regular follow-ups, blood tests, medication reviews, repeat prescriptions subject to monitoring requirements, FIT notes, insurance documents and Fit to Fly letters.

Tests may be arranged after a GP consultation, including blood tests and imaging referrals for scans such as ultrasound, X-rays, CT or MRI. If specialist care is needed, the practice can arrange referral to a private specialist or to a local private hospital for imaging.

Cinnamon Healthcare provides care in London, Sutton and Surrey, with remote consultations also available by video for follow-up appointments, minor ailments and issues where direct clinical examination is not required. Patients complete a medical history form before their appointment, as the clinical team does not have access to NHS records. The service is self-funded, with no registration or signing-up fee, and patients are encouraged to keep their NHS GP registration.
