The centre provides IDD Therapy spinal decompression for herniated, slipped, prolapsed and bulging discs, as well as sciatica, chronic low back pain and neck pain. Its physiotherapy service includes hands-on treatment and assessment.

Massage therapies include remedial massage, physiotherapy massage, sports massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage and bamboo stick massage. The wider wellbeing services include spiritual life coaching, breathwork and meditation, wellbeing coaching, emotional energy healing, and spiritual healing and guidance.
