Josie Greenslade works with people recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, returning to sport, or looking to move with greater confidence. She uses an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, tailoring treatment to each person’s goals and lifestyle.

Josie is a Chartered Physiotherapist at the Swansea clinic. She has over 11 years’ experience across private practice, elite sports and performance physiotherapy, with additional experience in the British Army Reserve and international physiotherapy work on major film productions.
