CydWella Physiotherapy is in Kidwelly and has one site. The wider clinical team includes chartered physiotherapists, sports massage therapists and a clinical reflexologist. Sports massage is available for recovery, flexibility, muscle tension, posture-related tightness and post-exercise recovery. The clinic also offers taping appointments.

Clinical reflexology is offered as an evidence-informed complementary therapy using pressure techniques on the feet, face or hands. Services include foot reflexology, face reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage, hot stones reflexology and pregnancy reflexology. Sessions include a brief consultation and review of relevant medical history, and may be adapted for medical conditions, injuries or other contraindications.

CydWella Physiotherapy also provides community and outreach care for people who may find it difficult to attend clinic appointments, including older adults, people recently discharged from hospital and those with mobility challenges. These services may include home-based physiotherapy and mobility assessments, exercise and reconditioning after illness or surgery, community group sessions to support independence and strength, and falls-prevention and confidence-building workshops.

The clinic also offers medicolegal physiotherapy, including assessments, expert witness physiotherapy reports, musculoskeletal and neurological injury assessments, functional capacity evaluations and rehabilitation planning for personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
