Rebecca Rotheram

Rebecca Rotheram is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist at TheMumPhysio. She works with women on pelvic health concerns, including pelvic floor and core education, returning to running where leaks are a concern, postnatal diastasis recti plans and scar massage after birth.

She has 12 years' experience as a women's health physio, with the last 8 years in private practice after starting in the NHS. Her approach centres on educating and empowering women, and on discussing pelvic health issues that can feel difficult to talk about.
