Dave Shirley

Dave Shirley offers sports therapy for a wide range of conditions and injuries, with a focus on minor injury management, rehabilitation programmes, and Swedish, Sports and Remedial Massage. He is a registered BodyMaster Method Practitioner, an approach described as combining Osteopathy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Sports Medicine, Remedial Massage and Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques.

Dave is also qualified in advanced Myofascial Release, Ultrasound Therapy and Kinesio Taping. He qualified as a Sports Therapist in 1995 and has worked with sportsmen and women from keep-fit enthusiasts to runners and cyclists at club, national, international, Olympic and World Tour level.
