Dr Adam Hafez

Dr Adam Hafez provides private GP consultations in Birmingham for mental health concerns, tiredness, minor illness, sleep issues, gut health problems, sick notes and letters, and medication reviews. GP appointments can include clinical letters, referral letters and prescriptions, with medication costs handled separately.

Mental health care covers low mood, anxiety and burnout, with physical assessment, ECG and add-on blood work available where needed. For sleep problems, Dr Hafez can assess symptoms such as unrefreshing sleep and snoring, and offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. Dr Hafez graduated from King’s College London with an MBBS and a BSc in Neuropsychology, and completed a Master’s in Ultrasound and Echocardiography at Imperial College London. His qualifications include MRCP and MRCGP. His training covers general medicine, psychiatry, paediatrics and dermatology, with further study in lifestyle medicine at the University of Birmingham and insomnia and sleep medicine at the University of Oxford.
