Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy - Hereford

Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy is for musculoskeletal pain, injury rehabilitation, stiffness, balance problems and sports-related needs. Carl Livingstone provides physiotherapy, sports therapy and sports massage. Care is available in Hereford and Bromyard.

Physiotherapy care includes initial assessments and follow-up appointments. The service includes self-paying physiotherapy and physiotherapy under insurance cover. Sports massage and deep tissue massage are also offered. Sports therapy covers rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies for athletes.

The practice treats low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. It also treats stiffness, muscle imbalance, reduced balance, muscle tension, arthritis and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.

Technology used as required includes electromyography, shockwave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, interferential therapy and electrical muscular stimulation. Assessment equipment may include a dynamometer, PALM Palpation Meter and bio-pressure feedback.

Carl Livingstone has about 17 years in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports therapy and sports massage. His qualifications include a BSc Phys (Hons) from Brunel University. He also holds sports massage, sports therapy and rehabilitation qualifications from ITEC, Active IQ and Active Health Group. His registrations and memberships include HCPC, CSP, SMA and STO.
