Online Bookings has two chiropractic sites, in Dalkeith and Melrose. It provides chiropractic care for the spine and associated conditions.

The practice focuses on spinal structure and nervous-system function. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, stretching, traction, massage, exercise and advice.

New patients have an initial consultation and examination. This includes a history review, chiropractic tests, orthopaedic tests and neurologic tests. The chiropractor may advise diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests or other diagnostic tests.

Eskbank Chiropractic Clinic has provided chiropractic care since 2000. It is family-run and has on-site parking. X-ray facilities are available there when necessary. Westgrove Chiropractic Centre provides chiropractic and spinal rehabilitation in Melrose.

No GP referral is needed for chiropractic care. Each case is assessed individually. Treatment frequency depends on factors including symptoms, age, activity and previous injuries.

The practice uses drug-free, surgery-free and non-invasive chiropractic treatment. It covers family age groups, including infants, older people and pregnant women. Chiropractors are trained to recognise conditions needing referral elsewhere.
