Osteopathy Follow up Consultation is for ongoing treatment of discomfort, pain, sports injuries and posture concerns. EH Osteopathy provides assessment and treatment for the whole family. The practice works with pain relief goals, sports injuries, pregnancy care, newborn check ups and postnatal recovery. It also supports patients starting an exercise regime.

EH Osteopathy offers osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, pregnancy osteopathy, postnatal osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy and Mummy MOTs. It also provides C-section scar therapy, osteopathy home visits and online consultations.

Massage services include pregnancy, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, facial and head massage. Foot and lower leg massage, Tibetan Traditional Ku-Nye massage and Reiki are also bookable. Pilates services include pregnancy Pilates, postnatal Pilates, Pilates home visits and online Pilates.

Care is available in person at Angel, Islington, Moorgate and Oxford. These include osteopathy home visits, Pilates home visits, online Pilates and online consultations.

The clinical team includes osteopaths, massage therapists, a facialist and a Reiki practitioner. The osteopathic approach covers structural, cranial and functional techniques, alongside soft-tissue therapy. The team also covers naturopathy-informed care, assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning. Massage interests include deep tissue massage, acupressure-inspired bodywork, facelift massage techniques and holistic therapies.
